This policy explains how UnifyVault handles member data for its private, invite-only strategy platform. It should be reviewed together with the risk disclosure and access/dealing policy.

What We Collect

UnifyVault collects account details, login metadata, wallet verification details, KYC or compliance review information when requested, platform activity, activation requests, payout requests, support messages, and notification preferences.

How We Use Data

We use this information to authenticate members, protect accounts, review activation and payout workflows, maintain audit records, generate member reports, provide support, and meet operational, security, compliance, and legal obligations.

Financial And Crypto Activity

The platform records crypto-related workflow data such as declared activation amounts, transaction references, verified wallet snapshots, strategy-index activity, trading-pool allocations, settled profit balances, and payout review status.

Security

Platform traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Administrative actions and sensitive member workflows are logged. Members should keep account credentials, email access, Telegram access, and verified wallet details secure.

Sharing

We do not sell member personal data. Data may be shared with hosting, database, email, notification, analytics, security, compliance, legal, or infrastructure providers as needed to operate and protect the service.

Retention And Requests

Records are retained for as long as needed for account operation, audit, accounting, dispute handling, compliance, and legal obligations. Members may contact platform support to request access, correction, or account review.

Contact

For privacy, security, compliance, or account questions, contact the UnifyVault support or admin channel provided to your investor account.
