How account access and member dealing are handled
Use this section as the operating guide for activation requests, payouts, ownership transfers, and platform access controls.
Activation processing
Activation requests are reviewed before approval and then reflected in your account under the platform’s current dealing basis, settlement rules, and strategy-index framework.
Strategy-index dealing
Portfolio value, participation balances, and profit visibility are tracked through participation units and the strategy index, not a simple fixed wallet balance.
Profit and allocation actions
Profit payouts and allocation-exit requests are handled under separate rules. A standard profit payout does not automatically mean a full strategy exit.
Internal ownership transfer
Transfer to Member is an internal ledger transfer. It moves participation units and proportional tracking basis to another member at the current strategy-index snapshot, not to an external blockchain wallet.
Platform notices
Operational updates, dealing notices, and policy changes may be delivered through in-app notifications and pinned dashboard banners.
